Scope of Services
Swann Construction, LLC provides home construction, remodeling, and renovation services. All services are subject to project agreements and written contracts.
Estimates & Payments
All estimates provided are subject to change based on material costs, labor, and project scope. A deposit may be required before work begins, with final payment due upon project completion. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details and access to the worksite, obtaining any necessary permits (unless specified otherwise in the contract), approving design plans before construction begins.
Changes & Cancellations
Any modifications to the project scope must be documented and may incur additional costs. Cancellations must be requested in writing. Fees may apply based on the stage of the project.
Warranties & Liability
We guarantee our workmanship for one (1) year. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used. We are not liable for damages caused by unforeseen conditions, client misuse, or third-party work. Clients must report any defects within one (1) year after project completion.
Website Use & Content
All website content is owned by Swann Construction, LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited. We may update website information at any time without notice.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first attempt to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, legal disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Angelica, New York.
Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and store client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will never be sold or shared without consent.
Updates to Terms
We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the latest version.
